Aurelio Marano
30 years of experience in the construction industry. Starting at the age of 12, during my summers off from school, my father took me to work as an assistant mason. It was at an early age that I learned the values of hard work, dedication and team building. In my early 20’s I formed my own Construction Company and started to renovate apartments in NYC. We worked on Condo/Coop apartments, brownstones, and eventually started building homes in the outer boroughs of Manhattan. Aside from working on “typical” renovations, in the middle of the 90’s, I worked with a successful team of investors and restored hundreds of abandoned foreclosed homes. During this time they hired me to manage their projects located in the Bronx and Westchester County which consisted of completing 20-25 homes a month. In addition, I have also worked on major restoration projects after homeowners lost their homes from fires, water damage, and other disasters. This exposure expanded my expertise in the management of Construction and financial aspects of the industry. It has given me the ability to create my own views and avenues, paying close attention to detail and furthermore allow me to become my clients advocate. Based on my broad experience, I can effectively and successfully meet my clients’ needs by offering them my consulting and management expertise.
